A: Yes, our minimum order is only $20 on New Orders & Provided Orders. $10 on Reprint orders.
Q: Do you charge any setup fees?
A: No. There is no setup fee for template work. We will change any color and picture layout of our templates as long as the changes are reasonable. There is a $10 design fee if order is canceled after the flyer has been designed & proofed. If you should choose to have us create your own personal template there is a $30hr custom fee to create the template, after that it would be considered a template.
Q: What is your turn-around time?
A: Our normal turn-around time is 2-3 business days. If you would like to have your order before the weekend you must have it submitted before Wednesday. You do have an option to pay a rush charge to expedite your order.
Q: Do you send a proof to me once my order is fulfilled?
A: Yes. Once we have completed your order we will E-mail you your flyer for final proofing.
